πŸš€ CivixM Development Update β€” Story Mode Launch & Loading Progress

Hello everyone,

Today, we’re pleased to share news of an important advancement in the development of CivixM.

After a new phase of development and testing, CivixM is now able to launch Grand Theft Auto V in Story Mode and complete the initial loading process through the CivixM environment. This represents an important technical milestone and brings the project one step closer to providing a stable foundation for the future multiplayer experience.

What has been achieved?

The current development version can now handle the first stages required to start the game:

  • Detection of the Grand Theft Auto V installation

  • Preparation of the CivixM runtime environment

  • Launch of Grand Theft Auto V

  • Story Mode startup

  • Initial loading and connection between the game and CivixM

  • Improved handling of launch-related errors

Although these steps may appear simple from the outside, they are essential to the entire project. A stable launch and loading system is the foundation required before we can properly expand server connections, resource loading, synchronization, scripting, and other multiplayer features.

Why is this advancement important?

CivixM is not simply a launcher. Our objective is to build a complete platform that allows players, server owners, developers, and creators to build and experience custom Grand Theft Auto V environments.

Before introducing more advanced systems, we need to ensure that the game can be launched correctly and that CivixM can communicate with it reliably. This latest advancement confirms that the core launch process is progressing in the right direction.

It also gives us a stronger base for the next stages of development, including:

  • Improving runtime stability

  • Loading CivixM components automatically

  • Expanding script and resource support

  • Continuing work on server connections

  • Improving synchronization between players and servers

  • Creating a smoother loading experience

  • Adding clearer error messages and recovery options

Development is still ongoing

CivixM remains under active development, and this update does not mean that the platform is ready for a public release yet.

Some parts of the launch and loading process may still change as we continue testing different Grand Theft Auto V installations, configurations, and system environments. Our priority is to make this system as stable and reliable as possible before moving forward with wider testing.

We do not want to announce a release date too early. Updates will be shared when meaningful progress has been completed and properly tested.

What comes next?

The next phase will focus on strengthening the connection between CivixM and the game while continuing work on the systems required for custom servers and resources.

This includes improving the loading process, reducing possible launch failures, preparing the runtime for additional features, and continuing the development of the CivixM server experience.

Every completed milestone helps us move closer to the long-term vision of CivixM: a platform powered by Sdn.re, created for custom dedicated servers, developers, creators, scripts, streamed assets, and connected communities.

Thank you to everyone following and supporting the project. We know that development takes time, but we are committed to building a solid foundation and sharing important progress with the community along the way.

More development news will be shared soon.
